As a college of Heraldry in Asia, the Pacific and Australasia we are able to issue you under certain rules with a coat of arms. Please refer to our page on your very own Coat of Arms with a Warrant and Letters Patent.

In Australia, New Zealand or Asia Pacific there are no laws relating to this however in addition to registering your Coat of Arms with us we can also petition other Hearaldry bodies and authorities to register your Coat of Arms such as the Chief Herald of Ireland or the office of the Lord Lionn of Scotland

As member of professional organizations and as a College of heraldry after intence investigation we can arrange some of our associates to issue an Aoppostile under the United Nations Haige Agremment of 1961 where over ninety countries have agreed to recognize apostaled documents. An Apostal makes a document legal in these countries.

Australia agreed to this agreement in 1975 although some Asian and Pacific Countries still have not sinned and accepted this agreement. An Appostile officially recognizes these documents in each of these countrie. 

We do charge for this service per document or per Appostile. Usually the head of A government County district or state like a statutory Town Clerk can issue this apostille . However certain others like a Notary Republic can issue these documents. OIts is wise to have this done if you intend to work or apply for work overseas. Your Identity or academic documents can be used as varification via an Apostile. 

We have a list of official persons who can certify documents or takes stautory declarations in any country ior state in the world. Please contact us via the enquiries page and we will refer you to the closest person. This may be at a cost depending on the country. By appointment we can certify documents.

Therfe are a range of professions that can witness document identities or take sworn type statements such as an oath or declaration that is used in evidence. These vary from province to province, state to state and even country to country. In some countries and their various states or province the rules relating to these types of documents vary and each may have their own acceptable evidence laws or regulations.

Some of the professions that can take sworn evidence that are common to most Asian Pacific and Australasian countries are Judges, Justices of the Peace, Bail Justices or Notaries.
